Who we are

Toonzon is an online studio based in Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: support@toonzon.com.

Your account

You need an account to generate images and to order. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

Credits are used to generate images. New accounts receive a one-off welcome grant of free credits; every 30 days the free balance is topped back up to the monthly free amount, and free credits do not stack. Purchased credits (packs, plans and credits earned with product orders) do not expire and are non-refundable once used. Credits that fail to produce an image are refunded automatically.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the images you create. You confirm you have permission to use any photo you upload, including the likeness of people in it, and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. We may refuse to print content that does.

Orders

Products are made to order by our print and fulfilment partner. Prices include printing and VAT where applicable; shipping is shown before you pay. Because each product is personalised, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply, but we reprint or refund anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong if you tell us within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Plans renew monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout, until cancelled. Yearly plans receive the whole year of credits with each yearly payment. Cancel any time from Account → Billing; credits already received stay in your account.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.
