Yes, your personal photos and information are safe on Toonzon. We take privacy seriously and use secure servers to protect your data. Trained model is deleted right after images are generated, ensuring that no one can generate more images of you. Original photos and generated images are deleted in 7 days after order is placed so that you have enough time to download the results and we can review original photos in case of any questions.

The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we think we need a better photo to get the artwork done right.

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

Our standard resolution is 2400 pixels x 2400 pixels. Once you get it printed, the sizes varies according to the product. If you would like a different size just let us know in your order notes. :)

Yes we can ship anywhere in the world!

We use Stripe as our payment acquirer. They accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover cards.

Since our product is ai generated, we’re unable to generate a preview of how the picture would look like before ordering. The good news is you can request to amend your drawing once its complete until you're 100% satisfied.

Your completed artwork will be delivered in JPG format.
